2009-2010: Review of the rules for the assessment of horizontal cooperation agreements

The block exemption regulations applicable to specialisation agreements and research and development agreements expired on 31st December 2010. In order to prepare the new rules the Commission invited stakeholders and the public to share their experiences in applying the two regulations and the accompanying guidelines.
