Charter of Fundamental Rights
European Commissioners swore a solemn oath to respect the EU Treaties and the Charter of Fundamental Rights on 3 May at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. The oath shows the Commission's strong commitment to uphold and ensure the respect of fundamental rights in all EU policies.
