"Following the signature today, Moldova will become the 14th country associated to FP7, with effect from 1 January 2012. Moldova is to be warmly congratulated as the first country from the Eastern Partnership countries to associate to the Framework Programme and only the second country from the European Neighbourhood Policy Countries"
