DOSSIERS UNDER CONSIDERATION
Dossiers under consideration, i.e. those which have not yet been adopted.
However, to get a quick overview, this site groups all "pending dossiers" into different parts according to which of the several stages of the procedure they have reached:
- Part A: dossiers which are being examined by the European Parliament and are awaiting the first reading

- Part B: dossiers for which the European Parliament has given its position during the first reading but which are awaiting a political agreement of the Council [75 KB] ;
- Part C: dossiers for which the Council has reached a political agreement and are awaiting the adoption of the Council first reading position [68 KB] ;
- Part D: dossiers which, following the Council first reading position, are awaiting the second reading [59 KB] in the European Parliament ;
- Part E: dossiers at conciliation stage [60 KB] .
Although this section is updated regularly, for each of these dossiers, you should consult Pre-Lex and OEIL which provides more detailed information on the development and content of the dossier in which you are interested.
