Calls for tenders, contract awards and pre-information notices can also be found online on Tender Electronic Daily (TED), the electronic version of the supplement S to the Official Journal of the European Union. TED is updated five times a week with approximately 1500 public procurement notices from the European Union, the European Economic Area and beyond. Information about every procurement document is published in the 23 official EU languages. All notices from the EU's institutions are published in full in these languages.

DG Environment and Climate Action were selected to participate as pilot DGs for the implementation of an e-tendering platform to manage calls for tender; this platform has a direct link to TED. The first phase of the pilot project is « online » and consists of the publication of tender documents and the management of questions and answers concerning the specifications and the procedure.

This year on EUROPA website, we will publish only the Call for tender Title, reference number, Contract Notice and give the etendering link to be used to access the tender documents and to submit questions.

Please use the link below, which you can also access directly from the link in the contract notice, Section 1.I , to get access to all tender documents. The documents will be visible and downloadable but the recommended best practice is to 'register' to the call by simply adding your e-mail address and a password. This will allow you to submit questions and you will be informed automatically of any changes that may be published (additional documents, answers to questions, ...).
