23 July 2012 ETS phase 3 allowance auctions

On Wednesday 25 July, the Commission is scheduled to bring forward improvements related to the EU Emissions Trading System and the auctioning of allowances under phase 3 as from 2013. Relevant documents will be released by means of aregulatory update at 12:00 CEST.
