18 November 2010 The Auctioning Regulation, a "solid basis for auctions of phase 3 allowances", to enter into force tomorrow

The European Commission adopted formally on 12 November 2010 the Auctioning Regulation. According to Director-General of DG Climate Action Jos Delbeke, "The Regulation is a solid basis for auctions of phase 3 allowances. The Commission is fully committed to ensure a smooth transition to large-scale auctions".
