20 September 2010 Lecture by Commissioner Hedegaard on Europe's view on International Climate Policy

Connie Hedegaard, European Commissioner for Climate Action, gave on 20 September 2010 a lecture at the Harvard Kennedy School. In her address to faculty members and students, the Commissioner set out the European Union's view of international climate policy. "How many more warnings do we need before we start acting and living up to our responsibility?", she wondered.
