The deadline for Member States to complete the eligibility assessment for Projects and forward the Application Forms from the Project Sponsor together with the Submission Forms to the European Investment Bank is 3 July 2013.
To apply for NER 300 funding, project sponsors (a single project operator or a consortium) need to download the package of forms for the relevant carbon capture and storage (CCS) or innovative renewable energy technology (see below), complete all the sections of the application forms (AF A-F plus completeness form), and send them to the designated submission address for the Member State on whose territory the project is based. Member States must then complete the submission forms (SF A-D), and forward the full package of forms to the European Investment Bank.
Project proposals are being invited from Member States as well as the other EEA countries: Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland.
Detailed information about the criteria and rules for application is provided in the Call for Proposals and accompanying information in the Documents section below.
