13 December 2010 Stakeholder meeting of the European Climate Change Programme (ECCP) Working Group on Emissions trading
The volume of 'early auctions' before 2013 remains to be decided after the adoption of the Auctioning Regulation. This will follow the same procedure as the one under which the Auctioning Regulation itself has been adopted. The Commission seeks the views of experts and stakeholders by means of this meeting.
