Special Advisers to the President and Members of the European Commission

This list concerns the names of the Special Advisers to the President and Commissioners of the European Commission appointed on 1 April 2011 until 31 March 2012 (unless otherwise indicated) in accordance with the Staff Regulations of Officials and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union ^[1], and in particular Articles 5, 123 and 124 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants, as well as the Rules Governing Special Advisers^[4]. The signature of a declaration on the honour of no conflict of interest between the duties of Special Adviser to the Commission and other activities has been made a condition for the conclusion of contracts.

The present list is published on basis of Regulation (EC) N° 1049/2001^[2].
