Special Advisers 2010

This list concerns the names of the Special Advisers to the President and Commissioners of the European Commission appointed on 1 April 2010 until 31 March 2011 (unless otherwise indicated) in accordance with the Staff Regulations of Officials and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Communities ^[1], and in particular Articles 5, 123 and 124 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants, as well as the Rules Governing Special Advisers^[4]. The signature of a declaration on the honour of no conflict of interest between the duties of Special Adviser to the Commission and other activities has been made a condition for the conclusion of contracts.

The present list is published on basis of Regulation (EC) N° 1049/2001^[2].
