Subject-matter: Europsko rješenje za europski problem: legalizacija kanabisa. Cilj Europske građanske inicijative "Weed like to talk" je prihvaćanje zajedničke politike Europske unije vezane uz kontrolu i regulaciju prozvodnje, upotrebe i prodaje kanabisa.
Main objectives: Trenutno je na snazi heterogena politika u vezi kanabisa unutar Europske unije. Pitanje usklađenosti i diskriminacije je pitanje koje se treba postaviti. Zajednička politika kontorole i regulacije proizvodnje kanabisa, upotrebe i prodaje će: (a) osigurati jednakost pred zakonom i nediskriminacija svih građana Europske unije; (b) zaštiti potrošaće i pružati adekvatnu zdravstvenu sigurnost; (c) zaustaviti crno tržište kanabisa. Napravimo korak naprijed prema legalizaciji kanabisa i izjednačavanju nacionalnih zakona unutar EU.
