Subject-matter: Budoucnost Evropy závisí na vzdělání, na způsobech výuky a učení se občanů. Společné výchovné cíle, které odráží základní hodnoty EU by měly být základem při řešení dnešních výzev
Main objectives: Vytvořit základnu diskuse a spolupráce pro vsechny partnery kde by rodiče, učitelé, studenti, sociálni partneři, vychovatelé a všichni kteří jsou zapojeni do rozhodovacího procesu navrhovali, projednávali a formulovali kvalitní, pluralitní evropskou politiku pro vytvoření vzdělávacího modelu na úrovni základního a středního stupně pro všechny Evropany a v souladu se strategií EU 2020. Sestavit plán na zavedení vzdělávacího modelu, zakončeného případně evropskou maturitní zkouškou, ve prospěch budoucích generací, jak to předpokládá Lisabonská smlouva
