Subject-matter: F2020 jixtieq jtejjeb programmi ta’ skambju tal-EU – bhal Erasmus jew ‘European Voluntary Service’ (EVS) – sabiex jikkontribwixxi ghal-Ewropa maghquda ibbazata fuq is-solidarjeta bejn ic-cittadini.
Main objectives: F2020 jissugerixxi tlett mizuri biex tizdied il-mobilita: 1) Il-Kummisjoni tuza fondi tal-EU ezistenti b’iktar konsistenza biex tigi inkoragita il-mobilita. Barra minn dan tippromovi iktar fondi ghal programmi ta’ skambju fil-futur. Iventwalment, 10 fil-mija tal-EU Budget jintuza ghal dawn il-programmi. 2) Isir sforz sabiex iktar partecipanti jiksbu hiliet interkulturali, per ezempju billi jigu offruti korsijiet tal-lingwi u klassijiet fuq it-tradizzjonijiet, l-istorja, u s-socjeta tal-pajjiz ospitanti. 3) Progress fil-qasam tal-mobilita jkunu taht iktar monitoragg, per ezempju bl-uzu ta’ surverys mill-Eurostat u l-Eurobarmeter.
