Refused request for registration
Title: A new EU legal norm, self-abolition of the European Parliament and its structures, must be immediately adopted.
Date of refusal: 27/01/2014
Language of the request: English

The EU legal system must immediately provide a legal basis for self-abolition of the European Parliament and its structures if it does not fulfil key EU Treaty regulations.

Main objectives:
The existing European Government (EG) cannot solve current problems (declining living standards, increased unemployment, economic recession etc.) because it has become a big, unregulated, undemocratic and uncontrolled monster, with faceless bureaucrats in each body setting goals without consulting Europeans. The EU Treaty’s regulation e.g. Art. 3 § 1 - promoting its peoples’ wellbeing, is not fulfilled by the existing EG. To save Europe, a legal EU basis must be immediately adopted to create an efficient new EG structure to replace the current unfit one.

Reason for refusal:
The proposed citizens' initiative falls manifestly outside the framework of the Commission's powers to submit a proposal for a legal act of the Union for the purpose of implementing the Treaties.
