00:01:54 Soundbite by Johannes Hahn (in ENGLISH): I rely welcome the opportunity on my first day officially as Commissioner for Neighbourhood to have this agreement with Armenia that fixes our working relations in financial terms between 2014-2017 and it is about 140 and 170 million euros and I think the most important thing is that the money should be used to support SMEs which will help to further increase of competitiveness of Armenian industry and economy and this is all about to strengthen the ties between Armenia and the EU which is the biggest trading partner and in that respect I really welcome this agreement and I hope that there will be more agreements and that there will be certainly a closer cooperation between Armenia and the EU. 00:01:18
