On 13 December 2013, Viviane Reding, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Justice, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship, participated in a debate with citizens in Vilnius, Lithuania.
This citizens' dialogue focused on the rights of the European citizens, the European answer for the economic crisis and visions for Europe for 2020.
