On 25 November, the Council is due to adopt conclusions on effective leadership in education and on the global dimension of European higher education. It will also hold, in public deliberation, a policy debate on Open Educational Resources and digital learning.

00:00:05 SOUNDBITE (in English) Dainius Pavalkis, Minister for Education and Science of Lithuania: Today we have three important items to solve, we are discussing on open educational resources and Multi open on line Courses which was been put in the agenda by Lithuania, so we are proud about this. For the first time we will discuss what it is, what we should do with these resources, how recognize them and so on. The next important issues are the adoption of two sets of conclusions on leadership and education and higher education in the global dimension. So, we will adopt these conclusions and we will finish our presidency on this educational Council. 00:01:05
