10:01:31 Soundbite by Siim Kallas (in ENGLISH): One of the basic ideas in all this trans European network and this future transport network is to better connect the Eastern part of European Union with the Western part of the European Union. If you look at the map, you see the map of roads or railways. You see what is from the west of the Iron Curtain and what is from the East of the Iron Curtain. And this is one of the basic principles and this is also what is very important. That it is not only words but it is also a financial envelope where cohesion countries can finance relevant projects including "Rail Baltica" project with a very high co-financing rate. 00:00:40

10:02:32 Soundbite by Siim Kallas (in ENGLISH): We have TEN-T days with more that 1000 participants to discuss the European plan for the Trans European network which is also decided how will it be financed. So, this is the content of the conference. But of course the conference has to have also some illustrative parts and we have exhibitions, we have electric cars and we also have this train which is particularly symbolic for the Baltic countries because "Rail Baltica" is one of the most important projects in this Trans European network and this was the idea of organisers to really make a train which comes from Vilnius to Tallinn because we don't have train connections today. 00:00:48
