||SOUNDBITE by Hashim Thaçi, Prime Minister of Kosovo: "I'm hope that today for an agreement on energy and telecommunications. Technical team are been discussing and I'just hope that today at the political level we'll be able to conclude it. It's very important to point out that the implementation of the 19 of April's agreement has already started in a lot of segments and of course we need to more on that. We'll also discuss on the electoral process in November where we are hoping to make sure that as many people of the North are taking part in this elections. We'll also discuss on how we can get from the all international mechanisms in order to get as big participation as possible. It is also important that Serbia has called the population there to come to this elections and Kosovo will do all the necessary preparations and the legal and constitutional obligations in order to make sure this. Kosovo has completed its work."
