The Council finalises the preparation of the European Council meeting on 22 May and prepares the next European Council meeting on 27-28 June on the basis of a draft annotated agenda. It discusses the latest developments regarding the multiannual financial framework (MFF) for the 2014 -2020 period. The Council also takes note of a presidency report on the implementation of European Council conclusions.
