||Soundbite by Catherine Ashton (in ENGLISH): At the end of the last round of E3+3 discussions with Iran in Almaty, I took consultations with the Ministers from the E3+3; and we determined that I would come here to Istanbul to have the opportunity to discuss with Doctor Jalili, the Chief Negotiator for Iran on the proposals that we had put forward in our deliberations in Almaty on both occasions. We believe we've put forward a good comprehensive, fair and balanced approach, a confidence building measure that we think it's a good start and I hope tonight when I meet with Doctor Dajili, it will be a chance to him to respond to those proposals and for us to have a discussion on how to move forward. This is not a negotiating meeting, but it is an opportunity to take time to consider further the good proposals we have put forward.
