10:01:03 Soundbite by Günther Oettinger (in ENGLISH): I think now it is time to come to some decisions. As you know Ukraine is a member of energy community since 2011 and membership brings obligations and rights. It brings some common legal obligations, namely market-based obligations to [integrate] the Ukrainian gas market in our European gas market, with our energy packages with some structural obligations but it must been win-win effect. And let me say that by the end of this process it must been win-win-win effect. 00:01:06
