Type: Report   Référence: I077255   Durée: 02:15  Lieu: Luxembourg [town] - Court of Justice of the EU
On 11 April 2013, the Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the EU rendered his Opinion in Case C‑221/11. Turkish nationals do not have a right to enter the EU without a visa in order to receive services there. In any event, a reference to the mere possibility of receiving services during a family visit in the EU is not sufficient to create such a right.
