These video stock shots on the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia cover four topics: a general presentation of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia; key reforms on the path to the EU; the EU and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia working together; and what the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia can bring to the EU. They feature new images of the capital Skopje, the main political institutions, and some of the main cities, such as Ohrid and Tetovo. They reflect the key reform priorities of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia on its way towards EU membership, such as: judiciary, public administration reform, media freedom, etc. The EU's support to the country's efforts to adopt EU standards is illustrated through a series of concrete projects in the following areas: border management, agriculture, infrastructure, public administration, etc. The natural wealth, cultural heritage and human potential are illustrated through as set of examples of what the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia can bring to the European Union. This is shown in specific sub-chapters: culture and heritage.
