"Madame President, I do not agree with ex-Chancellor Gerhardt Schroeder with regards to Russia and Putin : I can understand that he was involved with Nord Stream but we're talking here about protecting freedom at a time when Parliament has a decision. And then all of a sudden no-one opens their mouths and I simply wanted to say that, before we take the vote on this : I think it's unacceptable to call the Parliament no to make its views known. " (applauses)
