||SOUNDBITE (English) Gunnar HÖKMARK (EPP, SE): "I think in general you will have a development of more robust and stable banks because owners of banks will be much more careful about the combination of risk taking and eligible capital they have."
||SOUNDBITE (English) Gunnar HÖKMARK (EPP, SE): "It will clarify for all banks and their owners that they shall never presume that anyone else will save their bank and if they don't take care, they will lose the bank and others will deal with the bank in the future but they will lose it. And I think that is a good incentive for every bank and every owner of the bank. So to secure that you don't take bigger risks than you can manage."
