00:01:25 SOUNDBITE (English) by Carlo FIDANZA, (EPP, IT) EP Rapporteur, "Yes I am very happy , this is a big start for the negotiations with the Council , I hope that we could find a common position in the first reading , in this way we can set realistic but ambitious targets for the development of alternative fuels in the transport field and invest in electricity, natural gases and hydrogen as a new way to do transport in Europe, so this is a very good result for the moment and we hope that also the Member states will also share this position and work together for a cleaner transport in the future." 00:00:45
