||SOUNDBITE(English): Martin Schulz, EP President The agenda is full of work ahead, we have to discuss the next chapters to negotiate to open. We spoke about the chapters, we spoke about the obstacles, the challenges, the reform steps necessary in the economic questions and questions of the juridical system, freedom of media, the rule of law, all the requests of the European Union to the country in the process of negotiations for access to the European Union. We underline both the mutual interest, interest of Montenegro to join in the most and the fastest possible time in the EU, and the interest of the EU not to stop the process of enlargement. We agreed, nevertheless, that the process of enlargement must be combined with necessary reform steps, not only in the candidate countries but also within the EU.
