00:01:36 SOUNDBITE (German) by Martin SCHULZ , EP President, " We know that youth unemployment is a dramatic problem in the EU. Some member states youth unemployment is such that it is an earthquake that could destroy the social fabric. over 50 %youth unemployment on some countries. Some of this youth is very highly qualified and they are paying with their life opportunities for a crisis that they never caused. This is a problem!" 00:00:38

00:02:38 SOUNDBITE (French) by Martin SCHULZ, EP President," The EP is determined to fight with all possible means against fiscal evasion. It is a matter of solidarity and social justice. It is impossible that some pay a little more every day, most of all small and medium average revenues and others , the super rich are able to transfer their money in a fiscal paradise. That is not acceptable and I am determined to fight it." 00:00:31
00:03:09 SOUNDBITE (French) by Martin SCHULZ, EP President, "We must rebuild confidence. for this we must show that the EU is able to act for example in the fight against youth unemployment, if there is a considerable rise in the number of jobs for young people , who for the most part , is the highest educated generation in the history of their countries, this will I believe rebuild confidence. It is the same with energy. If heating your home becomes a luxury, I understand that people question Europe, therefore a more open market for energy in Europe , a European market for energy, could alleviate this situation, therefore with every concrete action it is possible to regain citizens' confidence before the elections without rising the competition between political groups, to prepare with common candidates in Europe Barroso's succession. This will give to the elections some suspense and that can help with the turnover." 00:01:06
