00:01:33 Soundbite Andris Piebalgs: The EU and the new development policy will be very much focused on agriculture food security. First of all definitely to fight huger to fight nutrition, but particularly as I see and the Director General shares this view that gives us grows opportunity, jobs opportunity for the Country. At this stage the EU has each year roughly an average of investment of agriculture sector in Africa roughly 700 million Euro; if I see in person it would be 4 million that we spent in Africa it would be more than 10% of development that goes in the agriculture and food security. But it's clearly not enough and our intention is to strain this engagement. I believe what I've seen and the discussions with the farmers are very encouraging, because farmers really know what they and basically they need imputs but they need also markets and this it could be achieved only if there is support for agriculture infrastructures are brought...” 00:01:18
