||SOUNDBITE by José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, (in FRENCH) saying that the European Union has already taken some important decisions to help Mali, in particular the launching of the EUTM Mission - a European training mission -, logistical and financial help of 50 million euro supporting the International Mission and to support Mali under African leadership, 20 million euro for humanitarian assistance in 2013, gradual picking up development aid of 250 million euro including budget support which is being prepared.
