00:12:20 SOUNDBITE by Joan Burton (In English) saying that: We are going to have some really important discussions this morning in relation with the youth guarantee; that is the initiative to set out a framework and a guarantee for young people aged between 16 and 25 to have and get enough of a quality employment, education, training and traineeship. That will be the main focus of our discussions this morning; we will also hear the report back from workshops yesterday dealing again with youth issues and with families and also dealing with issues dealing with older women workers. Question of a journalist: We don't actually have a figure on that but I'm hopeful and I think it will be very important that there would be. The President Van Rompuy is meeting the EPSCO Ministers via the Irish Presidency for breakfast meeting on the 28th of February. I think that we want to ensure that Europe has been talking a great deal but financial matters and bankers, we want to make sure it's actually about people, about societies and particularly about young people who are suffering unemployment. We want to rebalance Europe between the economic and the social in a way that makes a better Europe for all our people. 00:01:44
