10:00:42 Soundbite by Johannes Hahn (in ENGLISH): To invest in the rehabilitation of the archaeological site of Pompeii is first of all a contribution to preserve cultural heritage but, secondly, it is also a huge economical opportunity for the region because we have now already more than two millions visitors even though the site is not really attractive in terms of what can be offered to visitors. If things are rehabilitated, become more attractive, you can visit more houses, more parts of the city, it will definitely attract much more visitors and that will have an economic impact on the region, creating jobs but also guaranteeing existing ones for academics abut also for instance for young people who could work here as guides. 00:00:50
