Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the EC, was in Peru on 22 January 2013. She met with Rafael Roncagliolo Orbegoso, Peruvian Minister for Foreign Affairs, and with Ollanta Humala, President of Peru. She also addressed an event on EU support for Peru’s Child Nutrition programme, alongside Nadine Heredia, wife of Ollanta Humala.
