10:05:23 Soundbite by Androulla Vassiliou (in ENGLISH): Well, first of all let us remind ourselves that last April, we signed with the Chinese partners, the third pillar of EU/China relations – that is the people to people contacts. Therefore it is very fitting that I discuss with my Chinese counterparts, especially Madam Liu, the State Councillor Liu, who signed with me, who is responsible here in China to carry forward this dialogue… To see where we stand, to see what the progress is until now, and where do we go from here. At the same time, I am here, to close the year, the EU/China Year of inter-cultural dialogue. This will be a great event, because more than 200 projects in Europe, and another big number of projects, here in China, have taken place under the label of this year. It was a very successful year, and tomorrow will be not be the end of relations, of course, but the end of the year, and with the Minister of Culture, we shall adopt a new declaration carrying forward this inter-cultural relations between China and Europe. 00:01:29
