the Irish Taoiseach Enda Kenny addressed the EP plenary session to present the programme and priorities of the incoming Irish presidency The four main lines of the Irish Presidency will be: a people-centred recovery, designed to last; Investment in job-friendly growth and in Europe’s resources; Europe and the world: a win-win engagement with our partners; and Ireland in Europe. The European Year of Citizens 2013 will be officially launched in Dublin on 10 January, at a ceremony in Dublin Castle.
