Martin SCHULZ, EP President signed together with Andreas MAVROYIANNIS, Deputy Minister to the President for European Affairs the following acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure: - Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters ; - implementation of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Union and Brazil pursuant to Article XXVIII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT); - Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council introducing, on the occasion of the accession of Croatia to the European Union, special temporary measures for the recruitment of Union officials and temporary staff ; - Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the allocation of tariff-rate quotas applying to exports of wood from the Russian Federation to the European Union ; - Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community .
