||Soundbite by Cecilia Malmström (in ENGLISH): It is very, very frustrating to not be able to help more but we are working with the Greek authorities, I know that they are trying really hard to make the best of a difficult situation. But, of course those people we spoke to now come from Syria and we all know the atrocities committed there.

||Soundbite by Cecilia Malmström (in ENGLISH): This is a European issue of course. Greece is right now receiving a lot of people. Not the only country receiving, there are refugees coming to many other countries as well so it is not only a Greek problem. The whole of Europe is here in some ways trying to help and to assist with the money, with the expertise, with technology. We have the different European institutions being here assisting, working very closely with the Greek authorities to try to improve the situation, to alleviate. There is progress; there is of course a lot to be done.
