Martin SCHULZ EP President met today with Mr Edmond HAXHINASTO, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Albania to discuss about the latest developments as regards the EU integration process of Albania. President Schulz commended the positive steps of the last months which strengthened the cooperation between government and opposition in the context of institutional reforms which are necessary for the achievement of the national objective of European integration.
Minister Haxhinasto went in Belgium to a two-day visit during he attend the first session of the “Business Forum Albanie Wallonie” proceedings, where he also hold a welcome speech, he meet with Mr. François Xavier de Donnea, Minister of State and Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Belgian House of Representatives and Didier Reynders, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and European Affairs of Belgium.
