Mr. Lamamra, a former Ambassador of Algeria who has been in the diplomatic service for 32 years talked about among others several issues such as the conflict between the Republic of Sudan and the Republic of South Sudan and also about Somalia where the Al Qaeda-affiliated terror group, al-Shabaab used to terrorized the population.Lamamra explained the recent activities of the Peace and Security Department of the Commission of the African Union which aimed to support the efforts at promoting peace, security and stability on the African Continent.
