10:01:13 Soundbite (in ENGLISH) by Kristalina Georgieva: absolutely essential for all of us is to have to strike for better monitoring for results, and ability to provide, not only good plans but also good reporting, what we have achieved with the funding may available. We owe it to the people we serve, we owe it to the people that are in need, we also owe it to our taxpayers. As speaking on behalf of the European people, I am confident in the generosity of the European people, in their commitment to solidarity with people in need. But I also know we owe them a very clear accounting of what we have done with their sacrifice, how we have stretched every euro that they commit together and that result is essential to retain commitments. 00:00:55

10:02:15 Soundbite (in ENGLISH) by Kristalina Georgieva: may OCHA continue to be more effective and may the needs you serve shrink in the future? We here in the EC are also going to have a birthday next year, the 20th anniversary of our own humanitarian service, and I want to pledge that we will use this anniversary to bring all of us together, to think together for the world ahead of us and how we can make it a better place for everybody, a better place for our children. Thank you. 00:00:36
