10:00:42 SOUNDBITE (in ENGLISH) by Viviane Reding: Good communication is a means, a tool which helps you develop the integration of the society into policy making, and the explanation of the results of this policy to your voters. The last one in the row was helping bi-national couples when they divorce, not to have the ramp to the court. These stories help people understand how the European Union affects their private life, their daily life, as individuals, as families, as businesses, as professionals. 00:00:34

10:01:52 SOUNDBITE (in ENGLISH) by Viviane Reding: We are not selling a piece of soap, but we are selling the building-up of a continent. A continent where people feel at home, wherever they go, whenever they move, however they are, they are European citizens. And, this, building the continent, I believe has to be in the back mind of everything we do. And that is why the values always have to be there. 00:00:33
