10:00:42 SOUNDBITE (in ENGLISH) by Viviane Reding: Good communication is a means, a tool which helps you develop the integration of the society into policy making, and the explanation of the results of this policy to your voters. 10:01:52 SOUNDBITE (in ENGLISH) by Viviane Reding: We are not selling a piece of soap, but we are selling the building-up of a continent. A continent where people feel at home, wherever they go, whenever they move, however they are, they are European citizens. And, this, building the continent, I believe has to be in the back mind of everything we do. And that is why the values always have to be there. 00:00:33
