||Soundbite by Siim Kallas, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Transport (in ENGLISH): if you look in global context, we don't have many big positive agreements between big players in the world at this moment; I have now been in the Commission for almost 6 years and I have listened constantly the talks about need to finalize talk around negotiations about world trade; and nothing happens and this of course creates frustration and pessimism and it's not the source of enthusiasm; and as the Minister said, our two spaces of air traffic covers 60 percent of world air traffic so if we can reach an agreement it is enormously important and I would thank you all for success and already that has been achieved and a lot of points have already been solved and I think that really, like Minister said, we are in the reach of final agreement and definitely the European Commission is very much supporting efforts of post delegations and all participants in final negotiations to reach a final agreement and we already have achieved a lot in direction of labor in direction of environment; so there are concrete points where our positions have been neared and agreements have been concluded; so I think that also final agreement can be found about the ownership and opening of market issues which is important for many member states.
