On 27 and 28 October 2009, Missing Children Europe members met for a thematic session on the proposals for Framework Decisions on Trafficking in Human Beings and Sexual Exploitation. José Manuel Barrosso, President of the EC, gave speech for the occasion. Speakers included representatives of the European institutions, business leaders dedicated to support the work of child protection NGOs, members of the Board of Directors of the International Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and delegates from child protection agencies from around Europe.
