10:36:23 Soundbite by Benita Ferrero-Waldner, Member of the EC in charge of External Relations and European Neighbourhood Policy, (in FRENCH): now we have to try to find a solution; for that I've always say that a dialogue and a political solution are needed; and what President Óscar Arias has done would be a good basis in order to find a solution; we spoke about that in New York, all together, and we try to support the OAS for finding a solution; there are different possibilities, either a mission of the OAS there, either the Ministers for Foreign Affairs, this is not yet decided; I think that the importance is to have a political agreement for being able to find a solution to this difficulty. 00:00:52
