Serzh Sargsyan, President of Armenia, visited the European Commission on 6 November 2008. He met with Benita Ferrero-Waldner, Member of the EC in charge of External Relations and European Neighbourhood Policy. They signed an agreement which will provide Armenia with European advisors to help in the process of Armenian internal reforms.
