Olli Rehn, Member of the EC in charge of Enlargement, received Gabriela Konevska Traikovska, Vice-president of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia responsible for European Integration, to talk about the relations between the EU and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and to analyse the implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement. The European Commission will judge former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia's progress toward political equality in November, in a report card that will determine whether the ex-Yugoslav Republic can start EU membership negotiations in 2008
