10:20:19 Benita Ferrero-Waldner (in ENGLISH) saying that the fact that the High Judicial Council did not uphold the death sentence is a first relieve, but she is not totally satisfied; the objective has to be now to find a solution which allows the departure of the Bulgarian and the Palestinian medical personal from Lybia and the transfer to Europe as soon as possible; the EC has to study the ruling and the implications and the legal procedures with the Lybian authorities and all the others involved; they hope that finally this tragic and long running case in which they have been working so hard can be brought to a speedy solution 00:00:48
